WA Designs (WAD) is a creative digital agency who specialise in producing high end corporate, sme & charity/not-for-profit websites accross a range of sectors.

Founded in 2008, we have grown into a cloase-knit team. We have recently created new positions in the areas named above.

These roles incolve:

• Regular verbal & email correspondance with our clients
• Taking time to understand our clients' wider marketing objectives, establishing how WAD can help & pitching those services to our clients
• Proactively looking for ways to improve the performance of the websites we manage
• Ability to liaise with team members in the departments of Graphic Design, Web Development, Web Design & Social Media Marketing
• Reporting on the websites we manage both internally & externally
• Have an understanding of or have used Joomla!
• **Developer, have knowledge and a proven track record in PHP, CSS & HTML
• Be punctual, dedicated and an enthusiastic team player

These roles incolve:

• Ability to liaise with team members in the departments of Graphic Design, Web Development, Web Design & Social Media Marketing
• Reporting on the Social Media clients we manage both internally & externally
• Have an understanding of or have used:
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Linkedin
  • YouTube
  • TikTok

These are the skills you will need to succeed within these roles:

• Clear written & verbal communications with clients & colleagues
• An enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
• Ability to think creatively to solve problems
• A detailed understanding of how websites work as part of a broader market stratergy

Successful applicants will also have at least two of the following:

• A technical understanding of how websites/social media works. With websites to include;
  • Hosting
  • Domains
  • Content Management Systems (Joomla!)
• Web Design/Developers to have an expert understanding of Search Engine Optimisation including how to continuously improve a site's SEO & monitor results
• Experience of delivering digital marketing campaigns such as PPC, social media marketing or email marketing
• The ability to interpret & report on website tracking data, such as Google Anaylitics
